Canzoni e Riff Clonati? Tutti I Plagi Della Musica Rock e Metal

I Led Zeppelin non fecero mai mistero di essersi ispirati in diverse canzoni a vecchi classici del Blues.
In alcune si tratta di veri o propri omaggi (altri direbbero "plagi").
Il caso di Stairway To Heaven è altrettanto noto, dipeso probabilmente dal fatto che la band inglese condividesse molte tournee con gli Spirit.
Ovviamente però va altrettanto sottolineato che la bravura dei Led Zeppelin sia stata anche quella di ri-elaborare vecchie canzoni rimaste piuttosto di nicchia, portandole al successo.
Non cambia la questione per la celeberrima "Child In Time" di Blackmore e soci.
Stesso discorso si può fare anche per uno dei riff Metal più copiati degli anni 80: quello di "Two Minutes To Midnight" degli Iron Maiden.
La particolarità risiede nel fatto che quel riff venne usato da una decina di band prima di loro.
Però anche qui vale lo stesso discorso fatto per i Led Zeppelin e i Deep Purple: quel riff sarà sempre e comunque associato ai Maiden, vita natural durante (senza nulla togliere ad Accept, Saxon, Ronnie James Dio e a chi prima di loro).
Nel proseguo vedremo alcune canzoni (impossibile riportare una lista completa) che per un motivo o per un altro (qualche ritornello, intro, assolo ma soprattutto riff) rimandano a canzoni più vecchie.
Va sottolineato che non sempre si tratta di plagio, a volte la cosa può essere "casuale" e non voluta (ad esempio ben difficilmente i Maiden presero spunto da Phantom Lord per la loro Revelations, visto che le uscite furono quasi contemporanee), altre volte si tratta semplicemente di un tributo.
Salta all'occhio che, chi più chi meno, ha preso spunto da band del passato clonando alcuni passaggi e si parla anche di band grandissime quali Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Megadeth.
Altre invece, quali i Gamma Ray, hanno saccheggiato in lungo e largo e per tutta la loro carriera.
